"incompetent “admins”…"
incompetent “admins” who are running the site with their “copy and paste” responses. been a member since day1. my email got hacked thus i had to cancel it. emailed the site and cancelled my account (confirmed) and began a new account with new email. they suspended my account then permanently banned me for having “another account” and accuses me trying to steal “5days free of unlimited access for new members”?!! seriously?!? . it’s shockingly sad and incompetent that the admins do not understand a simple email

"Didn't even got started"
Didn't even got started. Account suspended, for no obvious reason. Tried to log on. Kept referring to an email address. Wrote to them, asking for an explanation. Got an automated response with self-help guidance. Apparently, I breached, their terms and conditions. Have no idea how? Since, I can't nor was I able to login. Poor service, infuriating response. Belong to other sites, just wanted to see what they offered. Now, I know. Rubbish, non starter. Glad that I didn't become a paying customer. Perhaps, a lucky escape, judging from the comments on here. Don't waste your time with a waste of time site.

I have read many of the recent reviews and sadly they ARE VERY CORRECT! I am, or was a long time user of the site, longer than i care to remember and its true how bad customer service is and how bad spam is! Avoid paying for this site and just move on. I hate to write this, but I have had enough.

"Do Not use this site"
Do Not use this site. Something is majorly wrong when a hookup site refuses to let you delete your profile. I sent a message to customer service telling them I wanted my account deleted and they responded with a boiler plate email that didn’t even address my concern. Now I’m completely locked out of my account and the password reset button doesn’t send any email to me to change it. And without paying a monthly fee you can’t access pictures of other members so it’s basically useless.

"Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service"
Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Had a problem with my account 5 days ago and emailed them numerous times. ZERO response even though I'm a paid customer.

"Holy cow what an utter pile of garbage…"
Holy cow what an utter pile of garbage this site is. I last used Squirt probably 15 years ago, and it's 100% identical. I'm not even kidding, it's the exact same site. You send someone a message and it instantly disappears. It flashes that you have one and you see it in the notification, then you click it and it shows no message. When typing a message to someone you're limited to maximum 2 sentences. The entire site is nothing but spam and bots, that's all I get on messages. I signed up at Christmas for their garbage paid promo and now my account is suspended for no reason. Was in the middle of chatting with someone and it just logs me out, and now it says "Your membership has been suspended. If you have any inquiries, please contact us for further assistance." Guess what, enjoy the AMEX chargeback that I just submitted as this is nothing but fraud. It's completely obvious that this company is on the verge of bankruptcy and is just hanging on by a thread trying to survive and cheap out on running a proper site.

"DON’T PAY!! BULLYING, SCAMS, CENSORSHIP"
Don’t pay don’t ever use it!! I bought their 1 year membership SALE, BIG MISTAKE, WASTED MY MONEY, STAY AWAY FROM IT!!! Deleting it now and will never ever come back.

- BULLYING from this little mafia of the gay adult industry: moody censorship by admin on comments left by users in cruising listings where you are supposed to describe your experience in a place or a venue but if they don’t agree with you they will delete indiscriminately ALL your comments you ever posted anywhere. No freedom of speech: You either advertise positively a venue or you are out.
- SCAM is rampant you’ll get flooded both by messages sent by bots to redirect you to malicious sites and more sophisticated Russian romance scammers hijacking you to email communication. Massive FAILURE on this side, the business is incapable of doing ANYTHING to protect the users against this as they’re most concerned policing people’s opinions as above.
- BAD DESIGN: this is the most outdated, unusable and less user friendly cruising site on the internet with constant technical glitches.
- ZERO CONVERSION of messages into actual meetings, I sent hundred of messages in about two years and just a few replied of which I met none, most profiles are also stale or fake.
- DODGY business as the way they get new users is with deceit by hijacking their browser from adult content websites to SQUIRT via use of intrusion pages.

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE"
The absolute worst. For every one legitimate email/message received, there are about 20 that are spam or someone soliciting somthing. The site's rationale is they make it easy to join.

Here's a newsflash - for $109, I'd expect them to do soemthing instead of throwing up their hands.

"SPAM HEAVEN"
I've been a member of Squirt for many years and I'm ending my subscription when it expires. First off, you can tell these people are not in the U.S. due to the numerous errors the way they have the cruise listings-they have no clue. That latest problem is hackers got a hold of their site and wrote a script so everytime you initially sign on you'll get a spam text message. They are doing nothing about it other than relying on what's left of the paying customers to report it and you get an email and they give you a few days extra on your membership. The site is poorly designed, when using on your laptop and you go to video chat, the website changes to a mobile version. From a design perspective this is just plain WRONG. I'm using Sniffies more and more and it's working out great. The days of Squirt being popular are numbered, especially with the scripted spam email scam which they are not doing anything about (at least us CAPTCHA to sign up). Bye squirt, your cruise listings are wrong, as well as your entire website needs to be redesigned.

"It is astounding that Squirt is still…"
It is astounding that Squirt is still in business. I’m canceling my subscription when it ends as there is no refunds under any circumstances regardless of constant tech problems on their sites. Features like Keep me logged in have never worked. You have to log in again even two minutes after you left the site. Their Video Chat rooms are a bad joke for all the obvious reasons including more tech bugs. The biggest bug is that Squirt management doesn’t care about anything else but the money they are raking in. Don’t bother, it hasn’t gotten better in years and never will.

"Full of spam"
Full of spam. Spam emails, now they are sending spam report cards and the squirt staff does NOTHING. Do they even know what to do? the SPAM IS OUT OF CONTROL. Site is frequently down and the annual membership rate that you pay (for spam) is ridiculous.

I am in pure shock how poorly run customer service Mickey Mouse operation they have. Unbelievable!
They use the excuse of covid for not having 800 number working . It is December 24 th of 2022 . Are you kidding me ? The entire world is up and running. They are promoting “gay hook ups” let’s think about that. No customer service available by phone because of Covid but, tho covid is not an issue for men engaging in relations ???? Complete BS. They simply can’t be bothered providing proper customer service care . Tho, numbers posted everywhere, statements ensuring “ we won’t let you walk away unhappy “ laughable

I have been attempting to resolve a billing issue for little over three days. Only receiving an email that has articles, but no assistance in my situation. I kept sending request for customer service to assist me. I received nothing. Now this was really important since I had a special dinner on Christmas Day for individuals in the LGBTQ plus community to come and share the holidays when they have no one else to share it with. They could care less. Again receiving emails that have no assistance to my issue. I was not giving up, I thought it was a joke being played on me that they did not want to resolve my billing issue.

Then I have a gentleman by the name of Lucas that threatens me to block me if I continue to email my request for assistance. Insert, I operate off my iPhone 13, I have two email addresses saved in password and are exactly the same except ones at Hotmail and ones at Gmail. I did not notice that a couple request, because I had sent several, were sent by my other email. He states how much she disliked that. I did apologize and try to explain and nothing. So this person has time to try and block me or threaten me, but does not have the time or respect for a customer to assist in their issue. not to mention that they have this statement indicating if it is a billing problem please call right away with us number. Yes, you guessed it, it says due to Covid. Our customer service phone lines are not operating. Please fill out a help ticket atsquirt.org. End it happens all over again the no return email.

I received an email from someone else with this help section that I received this morning Christmas Eve day. I followed the instructions and I see that they provide help ticket activity. Again, I’ve been doing this for over two days at this point on my third day And they now just show me this feature. Did it make a difference because it says all my requests were solved by this dude Lucas. Here it is 11 o’clock on Christmas Eve and I have received nothing since my last email sent at 9 o’clock.

I only need to change credit card information due to a fraudulent act on the card I had on file . And they won’t let me do that. Nor did they care of the request that I invited them . My only communication was through squirt.org. I was to let them know after speaking with my sisters, which we do this every year, the time and the address. They did nothing. I repeat, nothing to help resolve this billing issue, which they suspended me for. Days before my suspension I send an email indicating I had issues with the card, fraud, and I was needing to know what they bill under. I received that return email on Thursday the day they suspended me .
How can any business run this way or have such neglect on customer care. What happened to the customer being right and assisting that customer to ensure their business. But I guess hiding behind a computer sending computer generated responses is how they believe a business should be run.
So disappointing, that squirt.org is a business for the gay community along with their sister company pink triangle, whose mission statement is to revive love and awareness for our community. Really? You can put all the words down on a screen that you want does not mean that is true.

I called every number possible for both companies, I had research online legally how to try to get this resolved. I called Pressnet billing who they use and was told they would unblock me and I could go into my account and put the new card. Squirt.Iorg would still not help me. I will do everything in my power to let everybody know what my spirit was with Squirt.org these past three days right before Christmas. Merry Christmas everyone don’t you squirt.org.

"Been a paid member for 10 years .."
Been a paid member for 10 years ... Suddenly got message asking me to change my password. Tried to do that multiple times with no success. Contacted their support system and wow, now see what others complain about. These people just simply don't respond and so the issue never gets solved, you've already paid them.
